1. Custom Product Orders
All products on Rovani are made to order and fully customized based on your design inputs. Because each item is uniquely created for you, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on customized items unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
2. Design Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the design, text, images, and any content you submit through our product customizer. By submitting a design, you confirm that:
- You own or have the rights to use all elements of your design.
- Your design does not contain offensive, hateful, or illegal content.
Rovani reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that violates these guidelines.
3. Order Accuracy
Please review your customized design carefully before submitting your order. Once an order is confirmed and sent to production, changes cannot be made. We are not responsible for errors in designs submitted by customers, including spelling mistakes, color choices, or sizing.
4. Production & Shipping Times
Since all items are made to order, production typically takes 2–3 business days before shipping. Delivery times vary depending on your location. We will provide tracking information once your order has shipped.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 2 days of receiving the product with your order details and photos of the issue. We will assess the claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit.
6. Limitation of Liability
Rovani shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
