Ordering & Customization

How does the shirt customizer work?

Our product customizer lets you design your shirt from scratch — choose your base color, upload graphics or text, adjust placement, and preview your design in real time before placing your order.

Can I customize every part of the shirt?

Yes! You can customize the front, back, and sleeves depending on the shirt style selected. Options include colors, graphics, text, and fonts.

Can I save my design and come back to it later?

Currently, we recommend completing your design in one session. Make sure to place your order before closing the browser to avoid losing your design.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No! You can order as little as one custom shirt. We cater to both individual customers and bulk orders.

Can I order in bulk for a team or event?

Absolutely. For bulk orders, please contact us directly on WhatsApp or by email so we can assist you with pricing and logistics.


Sizing

What sizes are available?

We offer sizes from S to 2XL. A size guide is available on each product page to help you find the perfect fit.

What if I order the wrong size?

Since all items are custom-made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing errors. Please refer to our size guide carefully before ordering.


Production & Shipping

How long does it take to produce my order?

Each item is made to order. Production typically takes 2–3 business days. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Do you ship across Egypt?

Yes, we ship nationwide across Egypt. Shipping times vary by location.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes! Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.


Returns & Damages

Can I return or exchange my order?

Because every item is custom-made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order with photos and your order details. We will review your case and arrange a replacement if approved.


Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Instapay, Vodafone Cash, Telda and Cash on Delivery.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify's encrypted payment system. We do not store your payment details.

Can I pay cash on delivery?

Yes you can definitely pay cash on delivery.

Yes! You can upload your own images or artwork through the customizer.

What file formats are accepted for uploads?

We recommend uploading high-resolution PNG or JPG files for the best print quality.
